RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a strict no-return, no-refund policy.
Replacement is eligible for items that are found to be damaged/defective from our end. In case of damaged/defective or incorrect item, please e-mail a photo of your bracelet to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your full name & shipping address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your replacement is confirmed and shipped out.
Items that are ineligible for a replacement:
Returned after 7 days from day of arrival
Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
Please be aware that if your item is ineligible for a refund, we can either treat it as abandoned, or you can request for it to be shipped back at your own expense.
Any request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by VFLAMBDA for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
