Replacement is eligible for items that are found to be damaged/defective from our end. In case of damaged/defective or incorrect item, please e-mail a photo of your bracelet to merchandise@vflambda.in and provide us with your full name & shipping address. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your replacement is confirmed and shipped out.

 

Items that are ineligible for a replacement:

• Returned after 7 days from day of arrival 
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)

 

Please be aware that if your item is ineligible for a refund, we can either treat it as abandoned, or you can request for it to be shipped back at your own expense.
